Something not right? We will sort it out.
Every YWKAVROS ceiling fan is covered by a limited warranty. The exact coverage period for your model is printed on the warranty card included in the box. Our goal is to reply within 1 business day of receiving your email.
What is covered, and what is not
Clear terms, written the same way on every page of this site. The coverage period for your specific model is printed on the warranty card inside the carton.
What the limited warranty covers
- Motor defects under normal household use and correct installation
- Functional parts supplied with the fan: blade brackets, downrod, canopy hardware and the light kit
- Remote control units and receivers that fail without physical damage
- Replacement parts or a replacement unit where repair is not practical
- Support guidance for installation, wiring and setup questions
What it does not cover
- Damage caused by incorrect wiring, or installation that does not follow the printed manual
- Physical damage from impact, dropping, or modification of the fan body and blades
- Use in wet, unroofed locations when the model is rated for damp areas only
- Normal wear of consumables such as light bulbs and finish ageing from direct sunlight
- Units purchased from resellers outside the official YWKAVROS Amazon US storefront
Warranty service does not affect your statutory rights, or any rights you have under Amazon's own return and A-to-z Guarantee policies.

Questions customers ask us most
If your question is not answered here, email us and we will reply with guidance for your specific model.
First check that the mounting bracket is firmly fixed to a ceiling box rated for fan support, and that all blade screws are tightened evenly. Then use the balancing kit included in the box: clip the weight to the centre of one blade at a time and run the fan to find the blade that needs it. If the wobble continues, email us with a short video and your order number and we will help you sort it out.
A very light motor hum on the highest speed can be normal for any ceiling fan. A repetitive clicking or grinding sound is not — it usually points to a loose blade screw, a bracket that is not seated flat, or a light kit that needs tightening. Turn the fan off, check those three points, and contact us if the noise remains so we can advise on a warranty part.
Turn the fan off at the wall switch, wait ten seconds, then turn it back on. Within one minute, press and hold the pairing button on the back of the remote (inside the battery compartment for most models) until the fan light blinks or the fan responds. The exact button position is shown in the pairing section of your printed manual.
Check that the light kit connector is fully seated, that the bulb is screwed in firmly, and that the dimmer setting on the remote is not at zero. If you are using a wall dimmer, confirm it is compatible with LED light kits. When these checks do not help, the light kit or receiver may need replacing — send us your order number and model name and we will arrange it.
Most of our fans can be mounted on a sloped ceiling using the ball-and-socket canopy supplied in the box, typically up to the angle stated in the manual. Steeper ceilings may need a longer downrod. Tell us your ceiling angle and room height by email and we will confirm the right downrod length for your model.
As a general guide, rooms up to about 100 sq ft suit a 42-44 in fan, rooms around 150-225 sq ft suit a 52 in fan, and larger open-plan spaces over 300 sq ft suit a 60 in fan or two fans. Ceiling height matters too: rooms above 9 ft benefit from a downrod for better airflow.
Turn the fan off at the wall and let the blades stop completely. Wipe blades and the motor housing with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners and do not spray water onto the light kit. Dust the blades every few months to keep the fan balanced, and check the blade screws once a year.
